I have revised my rating after speaking with the store representative. The item was shipped on time however USPS is holding up my item. The owner offered to ship another item, which I appreciate. Overall, the customer service has been excellent and it shows they care about their customers. My first review was not fair because they got the order out on time. USPS on the other hand is taking forever.
I am really sorry this is taking so long. I did ship it the day after you ordered the product via USPS but I have no control after that point. I will email you separately to remedy this.
